We are going to take a psychological approach at the topic of conflict and conflict management that will help you to respond to conflict both in your church, your future workplace and family. First, we are going to look into the topic of conflict and it’s definitions, causes and escalation. We will take a biblical approach to the topic and also look into the aspects of culture concerning conflict.

When we experience conflict emotions play a big role, which we are going to explore together before looking into conflict management and learning about different styles of handling conflict as well as methods how to analyse conflict.

The aim of the topic on communication is to develop skills which will help us to deal with conflict in our personal lives.
